You know, I'm not exactly sure where this stigma I have of always thinking salads are so complicated and time consuming, came from. I mean they're really not hard or take that long, they don't require any mad crazy chef skills like making soufflés or something (yes, I did just google "super technical chef skills"), and even so I still grunt a little when I have to make a salad. It's probably because it often involves drying lettuce.
But let me tell you, this salad is completely delicious and "mad crazy chef skills" proof. So basically you should make it. It's the chocolate of salads, or at least I sure think so. Maybe it's because I'm a suck for smoked salmon. If you aren't already drooling, then I'll just mention that its unbelievably healthy, just look at all that green stuff. It practically screams "I have so many vitamins!!". So there. Yum.
